We Clean, Sanitize & Deodorize Your Bins
On cleaning day we’ll send a text reminder 20 – 30 min before we arrive. Remember to keep garbage out of your bins and leave them on the curb.
Residential Services
Use Enviro Can Clean to properly sanitize and deodorize your residential trash cans. food, grease, spills, grime, and other waste accumulate inside these trash cans and stick to the bottom and sides, attracting maggots, rodents, and other insects, which cause bacteria to form inside these trash cans. With a routine service, you will begin to see an improvement in odors and a decrease in accumulation, which directly results in fewer insects, rodent and contamination.

Strata & Multi-Family Cleaning Services
We are currently serving Surrey area Multifamily homes who are receiving waste collection by the City of Surrey.
We provide garbage can & recycle bin cleaning services right at your curb the day after the bins are emptied. In addition to the normal garbage items, there’s a laundry list of other nasty things in those bins – from rotten food and dirty diapers to mom’s disinfecting wipes full of last week’s flu virus and remnants from last week’s fishing trip. Between the smell and the germs, it’s disgusting! And we all know that NO ONE wants the job of cleaning it out.
Bin Cleaning Process

Step 1
Bins are loaded upside-down onto 3,500 PSI power-wash heads spinning at 360 degrees

Step 2
Bins are sanitized and steam-cleaned with a 200 degree hot water, high-pressure wash system that kills 99.9% of germs & bacteria

Step 3
Bin Bath’s state-of-the-art, highly customized trucks collect and store wastewater, providing an eco-friendly disposal alternative to leaving the wastewater on-site

Step 4
Bins receive a final inspection, a treatment of odor neutralizing fragrant spray, and are returned curb-side looking and smelling sparkling clean

Frequently Asked Questions
To provide a healthier more hygienic environment for you, your family, friends, neighbors or employees.
Yes, but this practice wastes a lot of water (up to 150 litres), leaves a smelly residue, and doesn't eliminate harmful bacteria that cause disease. Additionally, you risk contaminating you and your neighbour's' driveways and lawns. Runoff can also potentially enter storm drains, polluting our waterways and cause environmental damage to sensitive ecosystems.
Our vehicles are fully self-contained and emit no contaminants into storm drains, helping to reduce urban runoff into rivers, streams, and oceans. Our wash cycle uses less than one gallon of water to thoroughly clean and sanitize each container protecting the earth from contaminants. In two years of monthly cleanings, we use less water than a single cleaning of trash bins. All our products are environmentally friendly and biodegradable. By contributing to a greener environment, your household, community, and the environment all benefit!
We recommend cleaning after every waste cycle. Domestic clients, such as those living in strata, multi-family townhouses, and complexes, may find a service every second waste collection sufficient. Commercial clients, on the other hand, require a more regular service.
Yes, we carry worker’s compensation and full liability insurance.
We need to ensure your trash can is emptied before we perform our service. We operate sometime after the garbage service and will do our best to provide same-day service, depending on your collection schedule. However, the latest we service your trash can at your curbside is 7 PM. If collection is later than that, we will be there first thing the following day. We ask that you leave your cans curbside overnight, or if that is not convenient, please leave them somewhere easily accessible. We will be happy to move them in the morning. We only ask that you do not leave them in a place where we would need to enter your property (e.g., behind a gate).
We work in all but the most extreme weather conditions. Very heavy rainfall, lightning, or heavy snowfall will prevent us from cleaning your trash can. In such cases, we will endeavour to clean your trash can during the next garbage cycle.
We operate according to your city's waste collection schedule. Most cities collect waste on all statutory holidays, except for Christmas Day and New Year's Day. Please check the latest waste collection calendar for your city for the most up-to-date information.
